Dear CCM trainees,
I would like to remind you the following important deadlines for the coming 25th CCM Assessment held on 19 November 2011.
(Late submission will not be entertained)
The deadline for Assessment application is 10 September 2011.
The deadline for Exit dissertation submission is 24 September 2011
You should send your completed application form to me and please note that in order to sit for the coming 25th CCM Assessment; you have to indicate the tutorials (at least twelve) you attended during the period 10 September 2010 to 10 September 2011 in your application form. The tutorials include SBCCM arranged tutorials and all sessions listed in the Combined Colleges timetable (including CCM Interhospital Grand Round).
As the College has promulgated a new arrangement for the HPT assessment, for those who have not yet attended any Annual assessment before, you are given an option to choose the following
i. 1st Annual Assessment followed by 2nd Annual Assessment or
ii. Interim Assessment.

As stated in the College “Guidelines on Postgraduate Training in Internal Medicine, 5th edition, July 2011”, page 162, Para 3, you are required to submit your proposed dissertation titles to the Board nine months before Exit Assessment.
