I am delighted to announce that there will be TWO sponsorship to be granted to eligible HKSCCM members to attend the 3rd acute kidney injury clinical forum which will be held on 31st May to 1st June 2014 at Shanghai of PRC China. The sponsorship cover accomodation of 2 nights at hotel (HKD 3000 per each night); local transportation (HKD 500) and return air ticket of economy class (HKD 4000).
Interested members are advised to submit their application together with payment of HKD 500 as handling fee to Hon Secretary Dr Kenny Chan, AC of PYNEH ICU before the deadline. Cheque payable must be written as “HONG KONG SOCIETY OF CRITICAL CARE MEDICINE LIMITED”. After consideration, the successful applicants will be informed by individual basis.
