A 50 year-old lady with history of thalassemia not requiring regular transfusion was admitted for septic shock and abdominal pain. She was afebrile and had normal WBC initially on admission. LFT showed normal ALP, ALT and bilirubin 120 (baseline at last FU around 70). Amylase normal. Exam showed RUQ tenderness. Bedside USG abd done and tenderness was elicited when probe at site of this image. The figure showing the transverse view of gall bladder.
Which of the following is not correct? Is it acute cholecystitis?
