国家食品药品监督管理局 2009年08月28日 发布 为有效预防、及时控制和消除突发公共卫生事件的危害，确保突发公共卫生事件应急所需医疗器械尽快完成注册审批，国家食品药品监督管理局组织制定了《医疗器械应急审批程序》，并于日前印发。《审批程序》共14条，自发布之日起施行。
