Seven doctors from Hong Kong joined this Precedex Center of Excellence Program of lectures and site visits to the Hospira Japan Office, Kitano Hospital, Osaka Medical College, Okayama University Hospital and Hyogo Medical College from July 30 to 31, 2009. Doctors from Japan and Taiwan also attended with us. This event turned out to be an excellent opportunity for us to learn the ways Japanese ICUs are run, exchange ideas of sedation issues, and develop friendship with overseas doctors.
