A. Heroin
B. LSD
C. Ketamine
D. Benzodiazepines

Answer: C

The above non-contrast CT films showed bilateral hydronephrosis and hydroureter. No stone was seen, bladder was not distended and its wall was thickened. RFT was normal. Subsequent urological investigation showed bladder dysfunction, related to ketamine abuse.

Ketamine has become a very common drug of abuse in Hong Kong. Similar cases have been described in local journals and at our website.
