Dear CCM trainees,
I would like to remind you the following important deadlines for the coming 23rd CCM Assessment held on 20 November 2010.
The deadline for Assessment application is 6 September 2010.
The deadline for Exit dissertation submission is 20 September 2010
You should send your completed application form to me and please note that in order to sit for the coming 23rd CCM Assessment; you have to indicate the tutorials (at least eleven) you attended during the period 6 October 2009 to 6 September 2010 in your application form. The tutorials include SBCCM arranged tutorials www.hksccm.org/2009-dec-24-nejm-correspondence-holiday-spikes-in-pneumococcal-disease-among-older-adults/ and all sessions listed in the Combined Colleges timetable (including CCM Interhospital Grand Round). www.hksccm.org/2010-jun-5-to-6-advances-in-medicine-2010/
As stated in the College “Guidelines on Postgraduate Training in Internal Medicine, 4th edition, July 2007”, page 142, Para 4.1”, you are required to submit your proposed dissertation titles to the Board in the beginning of the final year of training or earlier.
