Photo in the middle was taken at the Goryōkaku Park (五稜郭公園) in the city of Hakodate (函館) in southern Hokkaidō, Japan. The small photos on the left upper corner are autumn leaves in Kyoto, Japan (left), and green plants in the Hong Kong Wetland Park.

Upper photos: The puple flowers are lavender, photos taken in Hokkaido, Japan during summer time. Photo below: Dr Anne Leung is using a nerve stimulator to test the response of a patient envenomated by some kind of poisonous snake. The patient is being mechanically ventilated for generalised neuropathy with respiratory failure.
