An 86-year-old man with history of atrial fibrillation and old CVA was admitted to the surgical ward for adhesive intestinal obstruction. Laparotomy was decided because of failure of conservative management, and adhesiolysis plus partial small bowel resection was performed. On the seventh day post-operation, he developed delirium, and antipsychotics were prescibed. He became unconscious in the evening and started to become hypotensive. Only plain CT abdomen was done in view of acute renal failure. The two images were obtained in the same session.

What are the two radiological signs here? What should be considered right now?
