2024 Dec 8- HKSCCM Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on 8 Dec 2024 at the New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel at 10:15 am for the following purposes:-

1. To note that the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2024 will not be available for presentation.

2. To re-elect members of the Executive Committee.

3. To appoint an Auditor and authorize the Members of the Executive Committee to fix their remuneration.

4. To transact any other ordinary business of the Association.

Notes:
1. Any Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his behalf.
2. A proxy need not be a member of the Association.
3. The instrument appointing a proxy should be deposited at the Registered Office of the Association not less than 48 hours before the time fixed for holding the Meeting or adjourned Meeting.
