Notice is hereby given that the seventh executive council meeting (2011-2012) of Hong Kong Society of Critical Care Medicine Limited (HKSCCM) will be held at the conference room of D6 (ICU) of QEH on 17th January 2012 at 1730 for the following purposes:
1. To confirm minutes of the council meeting held on 22nd November 2011;
2. To report progress of the following matter arising
n Financial status
n Outstanding tax of last financial year (PK Chan);
n Auditor’s report of last financial year (PK Chan);
n Report of HKSCCM website & editorial board (CW Lau);
n Report from book publication editorial board (CW Lau);
n Sponsorship recruitment
n Report from representative of ITU of Winfocus (Philip Lam/ WW Yan);
n Drafting HKSCCM position statements (WW Yan);
n Progress: Transfusion in major trauma (CM Chau);
n Progress: CIS Specifications for HK ICUs (Drs KC Chan, Eunise Ho, KW Lam and Philip Lam);
n Progress: ICU Nursing manpower calculation (Mr. Luk);
3. To receive report from OC of ASM 2011 (KC Chan);
4. To consider speaker and topic of RTHK broadcast program “精靈一點”
5. To submit four CCM-related articles to a local newspaper as public education (WW Yan);
6. To consider co-organizing Certificate Course for Healthcare Professionals and general public 2012, with FMSHK (WW Yan);
7. To transact AOB.
