I would like to inform you that the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2012 will be held at 10am on 2nd December at Nathan Room of Smart Eaton Hotel. The agenda and relevant documents are as attached.
There will be election of HKSCCM council during AGM. Please note that the completed and signed nomination forms should arrive at Hon Secretary on or before 23rd November 2012 if any member is interested to be elected.
