I am pleased to present to you the Multi-specialty Medical Mega Conference (M3C) to be held from 16 to 17 April 2012 at the Langham Place, Mongkok.
This conference is organized under the auspices of the Association of Private Medical Specialists of Hong Kong in collaboration with twenty-five specialty societies in Hong Kong, in which HK Society of Critical Care Medine (HKSCCM) is among one of them. This represents the first time ever medical conference in Hong Kong that includes almost all medical specialties . The current medical profession is a concoction of widely different specialties that advance rapidly at their own pace and direction. It is quite an insuperable task for medical practitioners to keep abreast of the important knowledge of both their own specialty as well as having a good grasp of the whole picture of current medicine. The purpose of this conference is to exactly fill in this need and participants can both have opportunities to exchange ideas in their own field and to cross-fertilize with many other specialties of interest.
In the conference, ninety-eight lectures were selected from a large numbers of talks proposed by a panel of experts in each specialty. The lectures will run in parallel sessions so that participants can choose talks of their own interest at ease. Being a member of HKSCCM will entitle to a registration fee of HKD 100, while it will be HKD 200 for non-members. The poster and registration form are attached for your reference.
