Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the Organising Committee, we would like to invite all health care professionals to attend the "2010 Joint Conference of Drug Safety Research Centres – Strategies for Preventing Medication Errors" to be held at the Shaw Auditorium, Postgraduate Education Centre, Prince of Wales Hospital, Shatin on 28 November 2010. We are honoured that the key organisations in Hong Kong provide support to the Conference and the overseas and local experts will participate as speakers and/or chair persons.
This Conference will cover the root causes and management of medication errors, the high risk situations and the multidisciplinary approach and systems approach to prevention of medication errors. All participants will learn from the experts and other health care professionals the prevention strategies for reducing medication errors in hospitals and the community.
