Objectives: To Enhance Health Care Provider’s knowledge and skills on Basic Life Support
Course Description: Update BLS knowledge and skills of CPR according to 2005 AHA New Guidelines. The BLS Course teaches CPR skills for helping victims of all ages – Adult, Child & Infant (including doing ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-mask device, and Airway Management), use of an automated external defibrillator (AED); and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO). The course is intended for participants who provide health care to patients in pre-hospital & in-hospital settings.
