I am pleased to inform you that the Basic Clinical Toxicology Course 2009 is scheduled to be held in the coming December
Course 1: 14th to 15th December 2009
Course 2: 16th to 17th December 2009
The Course was originated from New York City Poison Control Center (NYCPCC) which is one of the world leading training centres for medical toxicology. It was first introduced to Hong Kong in 2002 with great success and more than 500 health care workers had attended the course with great satisfaction.
Since 2005, Hong Kong Poison Information Centre (HKPIC), Hong Kong College of Emergency Medicine (HKCEM) and the NYCPCC have been co-organizing the Course.
This year, the 2 days course is designed to focus on the basic clinical toxicology for junior doctors, nurses, and other health care workers.
